Politika e Kthimit dhe Rimbursimit

Ne specializohemi në shitjen e produkteve origjinale nga brendet më të njohura ndërkombëtare, duke ofruar cilësi dhe besueshmëri të garantuar. Përveç produkteve të reja, ofrojmë edhe produkte të përdorura në gjendje të rregullt teknike dhe vizuale, të cilat testohen me kujdes para shitjes.

Afati i kthimit
Çdo produkt mund të kthehet brenda 72 orëve (3 ditë) nga momenti i pranimit nga klienti.

Kushtet e kthimit

  • Produkti duhet të jetë në të njëjtën gjendje si në momentin e dorëzimit.

  • Duhet të dorëzohet me të gjitha aksesorët dhe paketimin origjinal (kur aplikohet).

  • Kthimi është i vlefshëm në rast se ka mospërputhje midis përshkrimit dhe gjendjes reale të produktit, p.sh.: produkti i shënuar si i ri rezulton i përdorur ose i dëmtuar.

Rimbursimi

  • Klienti paguan vetëm shpenzimet e transportit për kthim.

  • Pasi produkti të verifikohet, shuma e plotë e pagesës i kthehet klientit brenda një kohe të arsyeshme.

Të gjitha produktet tona janë 100% origjinale dhe përputhen me përshkrimin. Në rast të ndonjë gabimi njerëzor gjatë përshkrimit apo testimit, garantojmë rimbursim sipas kushteve të mësipërme.

Return period
Every product can be returned within 72 hours (3 days) from the moment it is received by the customer.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • It must be returned with all accessories and original packaging (where applicable).

  • Returns are valid in cases of discrepancies between the product description and the actual condition, e.g., a product listed as new turns out to be used or damaged.

Refund

  • The customer covers only the return shipping costs.

  • Once the product is verified, the full payment amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable time.

All our products are 100% authentic and match their description. In case of any human error during description or testing, we guarantee a refund under the above-mentioned conditions.
