Termat e Shërbimit – Politika e Kthimit dhe Rimbursimit

1. Përgjithësime

Këto terma rregullojnë kushtet e kthimit dhe rimbursimit për produktet e blera nga kompania jonë. Duke kryer një blerje, klienti pranon këto kushte në tërësi.

2. Produktet

  • Ne shesim vetëm produkte origjinale nga brendet më të njohura ndërkombëtare.

  • Përveç produkteve të reja, ofrojmë edhe produkte të përdorura, të cilat janë në gjendje të rregullt teknike dhe vizuale dhe testohen me kujdes para shitjes.

3. Afati i kthimit

  • Klienti ka të drejtë të kthejë produktin brenda 72 orëve (3 ditë) nga data e pranimit.

  • Pas përfundimit të këtij afati, kthimi nuk është më i vlefshëm.

4. Kushtet e vlefshme për kthim

  • Produkti duhet të jetë në të njëjtën gjendje si në momentin e dorëzimit.

  • Duhet të dorëzohet me të gjitha aksesorët dhe paketimin origjinal, kur aplikohet.

  • Kthimi është i pranueshëm vetëm në rastet kur ekziston një mospërputhje ndërmjet përshkrimit dhe gjendjes reale të produktit (p.sh.: produkt i listuar si i ri, por i dorëzuar i përdorur ose i dëmtuar).

5. Procedura e rimbursimit

  • Klienti mbulon vetëm shpenzimet e transportit për kthim.

  • Pas verifikimit të produktit nga stafi ynë, shuma e plotë e pagesës i kthehet klientit brenda një periudhe të arsyeshme kohe.

6. Autenticiteti i produkteve

  • Të gjitha produktet tona janë 100% autentike dhe përputhen me përshkrimin.

  • Në rast të ndonjë gabimi nga stafi ose gjatë testimit, zbatohet procedura e rimbursimit sipas kushteve të përcaktuara në këtë dokument.

Terms of Service – Return and Refund Policy

1. General

These terms govern the return and refund conditions for products purchased from our company. By making a purchase, the customer fully agrees to these terms.

2. Products

  • We only sell original products from internationally recognized brands.

  • In addition to new products, we also offer pre-owned items that are in proper technical and visual condition, carefully tested prior to sale.

3. Return period

  • Customers are entitled to return a product within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of receipt.

  • After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

4. Valid return conditions

  • The product must be in the same condition as at the time of delivery.

  • It must be returned with all accessories and original packaging, where applicable.

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where there is a discrepancy between the product description and the actual condition (e.g., a product listed as new but delivered as used or damaged).

5. Refund procedure

  • The customer is responsible only for the return shipping costs.

  • Once the product is verified by our staff, the full payment amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable time.

6. Product authenticity

  • All our products are 100% authentic and match their description.

  • In the event of any error by our staff or during product testing, the refund procedure will apply in accordance with the terms outlined in this document.
